In this welcome book you will find all the important and useful information about the apartment!
Please note that the accommodation you have booked is not a hotel, but rather privately managed accommodation. We will accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Arrival
The property does not have a designated parking space. You can park on the street, right outside the building.
Parking is paid from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
It is free on Sundays and public holidays.
Free daytime parking is available at Place Foch, opposite the Town Hall, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
If you prefer to park your vehicle, motorbike, etc., a secure underground paid car park is available a few steps from the accommodation, Place de la Halle aux Toiles.
Electric cars
It is not possible to connect your electric car to the apartment network.
The nearest (slow) charging stations are located:

Carrefour Shopping Center, 61250 Condé-sur-Sarthe
Lock
To allow for independent access to the apartment, the property is equipped with a Nuki electronic combination lock. The access code was sent to you after your booking and a reminder was provided on the day of your arrival. Please contact us if you do not receive it.
This code must be entered on the keypad on the door.
Once inside, the lock closes by itself as soon as the door is closed.
Once you have passed through the door, you are already in the accommodation, this space is private, you can go up the stairs, the apartment is on the first floor.
To exit the home, simply press the central button on the lock once to open the door. The lock will lock instantly once the door is closed.
Although there have never been any problems with the lock, do not hesitate to contact us if it does not open, we can do what is necessary remotely.

Regulations
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect you have for your own.
Smoking is prohibited in the house. A cigarette smoke detector is present and will alert us if the rules are not followed.
If you are a smoker, we ask that you do so outside the home and that you properly extinguish and dispose of cigarettes outside.
No events or parties are permitted. A noise detector alerts us when the noise level becomes too loud.
Please respect the hours of courtesy silence from 9 p.m. for our neighbors.
Only guests listed on the original reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Heating Instructions
We keep it at a comfortable temperature, but you can turn it up if you need a little more warmth. Please keep the temperature reasonable, just as you would at home.
Please turn off the heating when you leave the accommodation.
Garbage and recycling
Waste sorting bins are located at the building entrance, behind the front door. Please follow the instructions written on the various bins.
For long stays:
Waste collection takes place every Thursday from 7 p.m. Bins are located outside the front door on collection day.
Household
For reservations made after April 27, you will not be charged a cleaning fee in the reservation.
You are therefore asked to vacate the apartment in a suitable condition, as you found it upon arrival, taking care to carry out the following tasks:
Empty the trash,
Wash the dishes and put them away,
Remove sheets from used beds,
Group the laundry used in the bathroom with machines.

The maximum departure time is
11:00 a.m.
Sheets and washing
We hope you had a pleasant stay with us! To allow the cleaning company time to make the beds and clean the room, we cannot accommodate late checkouts.
For hygiene reasons, we ask you to remove the sheets from the beds used.
Food
We do not store food left in the accommodation. Please discard any perishable food that will not be consumed before your departure (or take it with you to avoid waste).
Heating
Before your departure, please turn off the heating in the accommodation.
Dishes
Please put the dishes away in the cupboards.
Closing of the accommodation
Please lock all doors and windows and ensure the front door is securely closed before leaving.
